Dispatcher / Sales Representative – Work From Home – Pool Industry Preferred
Mr. Pool Leak Repair — Work From Home
We are hiring a strong phone-based Dispatcher / Sales Representative for our growing pool leak detection and repair company.
This is NOT a boring call center job.
We need someone who:
• sounds confident on the phone
• communicates professionally
• can calm customers down
• can build trust quickly
• can schedule jobs efficiently
• and help customers move forward with repairs
You will be speaking with homeowners daily regarding:
• pool leak detection
• pool repairs
• scheduling
• estimates
• customer service
• follow-up calls
• and helping close repair work
PAY
• $150–$250 per day
• (depending on experience and ability)
• PLUS performance bonusesTop performers can make significantly more through bonuses tied to:
• booked jobs
• repair sales
• production
• customer communication
• and overall performance

SCHEDULE
• Monday–Friday
• Weekend availability is a HUGE plus
WORK FROM HOME
Remote position.
You MUST:
• have reliable internet
• be dependable
• answer phones professionally
• stay organized
• communicate clearly
• handle pressure well
• and move fast during busy days
HUGE PLUS IF YOU HAVE:
• swimming pool industry experience
• pool repair experience
• dispatch experience
• home service company experience
• sales experience
• customer service experience
Pool experience is a MASSIVE advantage.
