Dispatcher, Long-Haul Trucking
Job Type: Full-time; Remote
Responsibilities:
• Schedule and dispatch drivers for long-haul routes
• Optimize loads and routes for efficiency and profitability
• Serve as the primary point of contact for drivers
• Monitor shipments and resolve issues proactively
• Coordinate with brokers, customers, and internal teams
• Track performance metrics and service levels
Experience:
• 2+ years of dispatch experience in trucking or logistics
• Strong understanding of load planning and routing
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment
Compensation Details: This position offers a competitive base salary + commission.
