By combining our own software with a nationwide network of attorneys, we have redefined the what’s possible for the legal services Job Overview: We are seeking a highly organized, detail-oriented professional to manage high-volume court hearing coverage through efficient dispatching and real-time coordination. This role is heavily focused on logistics, scheduling, and ensuring seamless attorney coverage, while also supporting client communication and service growth. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced, KPI-driven environment and excels at prioritization, problem-solving, and execution. This position is full-time, remote located in Kentucky. Key Responsibilities: Dispatching & Hearing Coverage (Primary Focus) Coordinate and dispatch attorneys to cover a high volume of daily court hearings Manage real-time scheduling changes, cancellations, and urgent coverage gaps Confirm assignments and ensure all hearings are fully staffed and accurate Monitor coverage pipelines and proactively resolve conflicts or shortages Maintain constant communication with attorneys to ensure timely arrival and completion Operations & Coordination Maintain accurate scheduling data across dispatching and CRM systems Track coverage metrics, completion rates, and service quality Partner with internal teams (recruiting, operations, client success) to ensure seamless execution Identify process inefficiencies and recommend improvements to dispatch workflows Client Communication & Support Serve as a point of contact for client updates related to hearing coverage Conduct outbound follow-ups as needed to confirm details or address service needs Support client retention through reliable, consistent service delivery Business Support Assist with outbound outreach to support coverage needs and client growth Contribute to operational reporting and performance tracking Support team initiatives tied to expansion and service optimization Being a Docketly employee means: Comprehensive Medical, Dental Vision Coverage 401K plan with company matching Transit benefits Excellent growth opportunities Pay Range: $15.00 to $15.00 an hour Schedule : Monday through Friday-9:30am-6pm MST
