We’re looking for a Tuesday - Saturday Dispatch Coordinator who is passionate about helping people, even after regular business hours. You’ll be the voice of calm and coordination during urgent restoration situations — making a real difference when it matters most. What You’ll Do • Be the first point of contact for evening customer calls, providing reassurance and professional assistance • Use our state-of-the-art internal systems to prioritize customer needs and keep operations flowing • Dispatch our expert field teams with speed and accuracy to ensure timely response • Communicate with customers clearly and compassionately • Follow up on open cases via email and phone to ensure customer satisfaction What We’re Looking For • Someone who thrives in a high-energy, fast-paced environment • A self-starter who enjoys working independently and with purpose in the evening • Excellent organizational and multitasking skills • Confident communicator, both over the phone and in writing • Strong computer literacy and attention to detail Why You’ll Love It Here • Work a steady 4 PM – 12 AM shift remotely (outside of training) • Competitive salary ($45K–$60K) • Comprehensive benefits package medical, dental, vision, and 401(k) Apply To This Job Apply To This Job
