Key Responsibilities

Assist with data entry, customer interactions, and light reporting.
Maintain confidentiality and professionalism across all interactions.
Requirements
2+ years of administrative or virtual assistant experience preferred.
High school diploma or equivalent required (Associate or Bachelor’s degree a plus).
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and remote tools like Zoom, Slack, and Trello.
Excellent time management, communication, and organizational abilities.
