We are seeking outgoing individuals for our Disney Vacation Specialist Agent positions. As a Disney Vacation Specialist, you will work from home booking vacations for leisure and corporate clients around the world. This position is perfect for anyone who loves to travel and loves to help others with planning.

Roles & Responsibilities
ā¢ Research, create, and execute travel itineraries for your clients.
ā¢ Review individual needs and wants for travel, to ensure you plan a trip designed specifically for your client.
ā¢ Review budgets and plan client trips accordingly.
ā¢ Book travel needs including airlines, hotels, car rentals, cruises, tours, events, and much more!
ā¢ Effectively communicate with clients pre and post travel to ensure client satisfaction.
ā¢ Handle client issues that arise before, during, or after travel.
ā¢ Complete ongoing trainings to maintain and earn certifications within the travel industry.
ā¢ Attend ongoing webinars with vendors and suppliers to become specialized with specific destinations, types of travel, etc.
ā¢ Remain current regarding changes within the travel and tourism industry.
Position Requirements
ā¢ Strong communication skills.
ā¢ Must have reliable internet access and a computer (recommended) or a smartphone.
ā¢ Hospitality, Customer Service, or Sales background is a plus, but not a requirement.
ā¢ Personal travel experience is a plus, but not a requirement.
