As a Disney Vacation Specialist, you will be a dedicated travel professional with expert knowledge of all Disney destinations – theme parks, resorts, cruise lines, and unique Disney vacation experiences. You will play a vital role in crafting unforgettable and stress-free Disney vacations for our clients by providing personalized advice, in-depth knowledge, and tailored services that reflect the magic of Disney.

Key Responsibilities:

Meet with guests to understand their Disney vacation preferences, including park priorities, budget considerations, and accommodation preferences.
Maintain in-depth knowledge of all Disney destinations, including Disneyland and Walt Disney World theme parks, Disney Cruise Line, Adventures by Disney, and Disney resorts worldwide.
Stay up-to-date on new attractions, events, and special offerings from Disney.
Design and customize Disney vacation itineraries, ensuring adequate time in the parks, highlighting must-see attractions, and incorporating dining and entertainment experiences within budget.
Provide guidance on selecting Disney resort accommodations based on themes, amenities, and proximity to parks.
Assist with room reservations, upgrades, and special requests.
Advise on dining reservations, character dining experiences, and special events within the Disney parks.
Recommend entertainment options, parades, and shows.
Coordinate travel logistics, including transportation to and from Disney destinations.
Provide information on transportation options within the parks and between resorts.
Stay informed about Disney's FastPass system, MagicBands, and other technological tools that enhance the guest experience.
Provide tips for navigating crowds, managing wait times, and maximizing guests' time in the parks.
Offer exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries promptly and efficiently.
Provide support before, during, and after the Disney vacation, ensuring a positive and memorable experience.


Qualifications and Skills:

Passion for Disney and extensive personal experience with Disney vacations.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities.
Proven sales and negotiation skills.
Must be 18 years of age.
