Qualifications:

Proven experience in a customer service role, preferably in a social media environment.
Excellent written communication skills with a keen eye for detail and grammar.
Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically and creatively.
Familiarity with social media management tools and platforms.
Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively with a team.
Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays.
Preferred Qualifications:
Bachelors degree in Communications, Marketing, or a related field.
Experience working in the entertainment or hospitality industry.
Bilingual or multilingual proficiency.
