Job SummaryDisney is seeking highly motivated and detail-oriented individuals to join our team as Remote Data Entry Customer Care Representatives. In this role, you will be responsible for accurately entering data, managing customer inquiries, and ensuring a seamless customer service experience. Work collaboratively with other departments to ensure a seamless customer experience.

Required Skills and Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications in data entry or customer service are a plus.
Strong typing skills with high accuracy and attention to detail.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a remote environment.
Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word) and CRM software.
Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-first mindset.
Ability to maintain professionalism and patience in customer interactions.
Experience
Previous experience in data entry, customer service, or a related field is preferred but not required.
Experience working remotely is a plus.
Working Hours
Flexible work-from-home schedule.
