About the position

The Disney Programs Communications team is at the heart of storytelling for the Disney College Program, Culinary Program, and International Program. This team is dedicated to sharing the enchanting experiences of program participants and ensuring that their stories reach audiences across various platforms. The role of a Digital Content Intern is to support this mission by creating engaging content that highlights the magic of these programs. This internship is exclusively available to students who are currently participating in or have previously participated in a Disney College Program. The internship is set to take place from January 2025 through June 2025, providing a unique opportunity to immerse oneself in the Disney culture while gaining valuable experience in digital content creation. As a Digital Content Intern, you will be responsible for telling the Disney Programs story through various forms of media, including short and long-form videos, photography, and social media content. You will collaborate with team members and partners to produce high-quality content that adheres to Disney's brand guidelines. This role involves brainstorming and planning shoots, managing schedules, and leading production efforts. Staying current with video and social media trends is essential, as is maintaining digital asset libraries and managing photo/video equipment inventory. You will also attend program and housing events to capture content that showcases the full program experience, supporting events such as arrivals and end-of-program capstone events.

Responsibilities
? Helping to tell the Disney Programs story through engaging, short and long form videos, photography and social media content.

? Collaborating with team members and partners to produce content, ensuring work adheres to brand guidelines and meets Disney's standards of quality.

? Brainstorming, planning and facilitating shoots, including managing schedules, communicating with talent and leading production.
,
? Staying up to date on video and social media trends.
,
? Maintaining and managing digital asset libraries as well as photo/video equipment inventory.
,
? Attending program and housing events, trips and offerings to capture content and highlight the full program experience.
,
? Supporting Program events, including arrivals and end-of-program capstone events.

Requirements
? Current OR previous participation in the Disney College Program.
,
? Experience in social media, photography and videography (production and editing).
,
? Passion for all things creative.
,
? Demonstrated proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, InDesign and Illustrator and Microsoft Office.

? Excellent communication and organizational skills with strong attention to detail.
,
? A great teammate who is able to establish relationships, works well with others, shares ideas, and is receptive to feedback.

? A self-starter who is able to work independently, prioritize multiple projects, and handle confidential information.
