As a Disney Destination Specialist, you will be the ultimate authority on all things Disney, specializing in creating magical vacation experiences for clients visiting Disney theme parks and resorts worldwide. This role requires comprehensive knowledge of Disney destinations, exceptional customer service skills, and a passion for creating unforgettable memories for guests of all ages.
Ā Key... Responsibilities:**
Ā **Client Consultation:** Conduct detailed consultations with clients to understand their Disney vacation preferences, including destination choice (e.g., Walt Disney World Resort, Disneyland Resort, Disney Cruise Line), budget, accommodation preferences, and special interests
Ā **Disney Destination Expertise:** Possess in-depth knowledge of all Disney destinations, including theme parks, resorts, cruise ships, and vacation experiences offered by Disney Vacation Club. Stay updated on new attractions, shows, events, dining options, and special offerings at each destination
Ā **Vacation Planning:** Assist clients in planning every aspect of their Disney vacation, including park tickets, resort accommodations, dining reservations, FastPass+ selections (for Walt Disney World), onboard activities (for Disney Cruise Line), and transportation arrangements
Ā **Customized Itinerary Design:** Design personalized itineraries for clients, optimizing their time in the parks or onboard the cruise ship to maximize enjoyment and minimize wait times. Provide recommendations for must-see attractions, shows, character experiences, and dining options based on client preferences and interests
Ā **Accommodation Recommendations:** Recommend and book accommodations at Disney-owned resorts or partner hotels, based on client preferences for theme, location, budget, and desired amenities. Provide guidance on room categories, resort benefits, and special offers
Ā **Dining Reservations:** Assist clients in securing dining reservations at Disney restaurants, including character dining experiences, signature dining venues, and themed restaurants. Provide guidance on dining plans, dietary restrictions, and special requests
Ā **FastPass+ Planning:** Educate clients on the FastPass+ system (for Walt Disney World) and help them make advance reservations for attractions, entertainment, and character experiences to minimize wait times and maximize their park experience
Ā **Disney Cruise Line Planning:** Assist clients in selecting and booking Disney Cruise Line vacations, including itinerary selection, stateroom accommodations, onboard activities, shore excursions, and pre- and post-cruise arrangements
Ā **Ticketing and Package Sales:** Process ticket purchases, vacation packages, and special offers for clients, ensuring accuracy and compliance with Disney policies and procedures. Provide guidance on ticket options, park hopper passes, cruise itineraries, and add-on experiences
