Discovery Attorney
Expanding and highly respected civil litigation firm with specializations in warranty defense litigation, business litigation, and personal injury is offering an Discovery Associate Attorney position in its warranty defense team.
The applicant MUST BE LICENSED IN CALIFORNIA IN GOOD STANDING WITH AT LEAST 3 YEARS OF EXPERIENCE. The right person will be a fast learner, a self-starter, have excellent writing skills, be able to handle completing discovery response sets daily. Our firm prides itself on a collaborative team environment where we care about the work that we do and always deliver for our clients. Our clients include major automotive manufactures.
The following are requirements for the right candidate:
• Knowledge of or familiarity with litigation defense work.
• Knowledge of or familiarity with California Rules of Civil Procedure/Federal Rules.
• Experience with written discovery, document productions and responding to motions to compel.
