Discord Moderator
Job Description: We’re looking for a passionate and responsible Discord Moderator to manage conversations, enforce rules, and create a welcoming environment in our growing online community. Key Responsibilities: Monitor daily conversations to ensure respectful, engaging discussions Enforce community rules and handle violations professionally Welcome new members and guide them about the platform Respond to basic questions about Lahore Chain, events, or articles Collaborate with the content and marketing team on community events or AMA sessions Report community feedback and issues to the core team Help reduce spam, scams, or fake promotions Requirements: Experience moderating crypto/tech Discord servers Strong understanding of Web3, crypto culture, and community dynamics Good communication skills in English (Urdu is a plus) Friendly, calm, and solution-focused attitude Ability to dedicate 2–4 hours per day Familiar with Discord tools (bots, roles, channels, permissions, etc.) Bonus Points: You’re active in other crypto communities Have hosted events, contests, or discussions on Discord Know how to spot FUD, scams, and shilling tactics Why Join Us?
