Director, Treasury & Global Payments (hybrid)

Century Group is partnering with a client that is seeking a Director, Treasury & Global Payments to join their team. Exact compensation may vary based on skills, experience, and location. Expected starting base salary of $190,000 to $215,000 per year.
Job Responsibilities:
• Oversee the global credit card merchant services strategy to minimize costs and optimize platform utility.
• Lead or support cross-departmental projects that align with Treasury objectives.
• Innovate and implement alternative methods for receiving and making distributor payments.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to payment processes and fraud management.
• Provide strategic insight and assist with Treasury operations including banking, FX, debt, and investments.
Requirements:
• 10+ years of experience in a large multinational Treasury department.
• Communicate effectively across diverse cultures and international teams.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines with minimal supervision.
• Build collaborative relationships across departments to align priorities and resources.
• Understand credit card processing, electronic payments, and fraud risk management.
Qualifications:
• Hold a BA/BS degree in a business-related field.
• Possess international Treasury experience, including banking, FX, and debt management.
• Apply strong analytical skills and financial statement knowledge to support decision-making.
• Use Excel proficiently and navigate various payment platforms such as Apple Pay, Google Pay, and Alipay.
• Support and back up other Treasury functions and lead special projects as needed.
