You will oversee a team of compensation and benefits professionals and play a key role in M&A activities—from due diligence to post-integration strategy.If you have a passion for strategic thinking, developing people, and leading impactful change, this is the role for you.All remote positions are based in the United States, and candidates must reside within the U.S. to be eligible for consideration.You will…Lead the Total Rewards team and strategy across compensation, benefits, wellness, and payroll.Oversee U.S. benefits programs, including annual renewals, vendor management, and compliance.Direct compensation strategy, pay structure design, and annual planning cycles.Partner with Finance, Legal, and Talent to develop equitable, scalable compensation practices.Lead Total Rewards integration for M&A, including due diligence and harmonization.Deliver Total Rewards–driven projects that support business scalability and engagement.Support compliance programs and ensure audit readiness across payroll and benefits.Provide guidance and development to team members through coaching and mentorship.Present recommendations and data-driven insights to senior leadership and committees.Drive alignment between Total Rewards initiatives and overall business goals.What you need to be successful...Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field.12+ years of progressive Total Rewards experience, with deep expertise in compensation and U.S. benefits strategy.7+ years of direct leadership experience, including team management and cross-functional collaboration.M&A integration experience related to payroll, benefits, and compensation.Demonstrated success managing compensation design, pay equity, and market benchmarking.Strong working knowledge of ACA, ERISA, FMLA, ADA, and other regulatory frameworks.Proficiency in HRIS systems and advanced Excel skills for modeling and analysis.Your Benefits & Perks...100% paid employee health insurance available on Day 1Eligible for all medical, dental, and vision benefits on Day 1Remote positions are Internet stipend-eligible401k with employer match, vested on Day 1HSA/FSA availableLong-term and short-term disability employer-providedGenerous PTO plan with paid holidays + floating holidaysDevelopment and growth opportunitiesComprehensive wellness program and prioritization of employee healthYour Compensation...Our salary ranges are based on paying competitively for our size and industry, and are one part of the total compensation package that also includes annual bonus eligibility, benefits, and other opportunities at ReSource Pro. Individual pay decisions are based on a number of factors, including qualifications for the role, experience level, skillset, geography, and balancing internal equity relative to other ReSource Pro employees. This is a remote position and the salary range for most locations for this role is $77,680-$197,520.
