Director, Strategic Growth – AI Services
Job Description:
• Serve as the strategic architect of growth for AI services
• Lead expansion efforts within key AI partners
• Collaborate with Sales leaders and AI Operations for a unified approach
• Build relationships to introduce TaskUs services and solutions
• Design custom AI workflows with Solutions and AI Services teams
• Analyze market trends to identify growth opportunities
Requirements:
• 5+ years of experience in B2B account management, customer success, business development, or client services
• Experience supporting enterprise accounts or high-growth startup organizations
• Ability to generate new opportunities through relationship-building and engagement
• Proven track record in managing and growing an account portfolio
• Experience with technical or product-focused customers
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Data fluency with metrics to inform strategy
