What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
• Provide coaching and mentoring that incorporates sales strategy and proven sales methodology
• Build and implement annual and quarterly enablement strategies by assessing needs and leveraging data
• Conduct coaching sessions, training, and deal reviews to improve sales techniques and productivity
• Collaborate with leadership to identify and nurture emerging leadership talent within the team
• Lead enablement programs to drive continuous improvement in sales productivity
What is Required (Qualifications):
• Bachelor's or Master's degree or equivalent experience
• 5+ years of experience in sales or sales management, preferably in complex selling environments
• Recognized capabilities and certifications in leading sales methodologies, coaching frameworks, and MEDDPICC
• Exceptional communication and facilitation skills for engaging with diverse audiences
• Willingness to travel internationally when necessary for training programs
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
• Familiarity with designing and implementing a Sales Methodology
• Experience with enablement platforms featuring mobile learning and robust tracking
• Familiarity with Salesforce (SFDC) to define sales content relevant to sales phases and activities
