This role will provide QA/QC management activities Company-wide. This role is a remote position, with frequent travel to Ameresco's facilities, projects, etc. as required. Responsibilities: Review and enhance the company’s quality management system / program to meet and/or exceed ISO 9001 Quality Management System Certification. Conduct Quality Control, Quality Assurance Compliance audits. Develop SOP’s (Standard Operating Procedures). Manage Quality Control Managers. Ensure that the company maintains compliance with all Federal, State, and Local government laws and standards. Ensure Quality Control related training is provided to employees. Develop Contract specific Quality Control Plans. Manage and maintain Quality Management policies and procedures. Serve as a direct liaison to the External ISO Auditor. Track deficiencies and work with Senior Management to define corrective action plans and close out deficiencies. Collects and analyzes data to determine QC trends. Provide suggestions to Senior Management to improve client internal controls. Identify opportunities to improve quality, compliance, procedures, and overall operational efficiency. Perform other duties as required. Minimum Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related field; or an equivalent combination of education and relevant work experience. Minimum of 10 years’ experience directly with QA/QC on energy construction projects, as well as renewable energy operations and maintenance. Quality Control Management Certification (QCM) Additional Qualifications: Must have some level of QCM past training experience. Must have past experience for managing teams. Must have past experience for developing QC processes.
