You’ll be responsible for crafting compelling product messaging, creating go-to-market strategies, and collaborating across departments to align product positioning with business goals. You’ll act as a key connector between product, sales, and marketing, using insights from market research and customer feedback to inform campaign development and optimize performance. This is a hands-on leadership opportunity ideal for a data-driven, creative marketer with experience in B2B SaaS or healthcare technology.Accountabilities:
Own and execute go-to-market strategies for new products and features, ensuring alignment from awareness to retention
Develop clear product positioning, messaging, and use cases across a diverse portfolio
Conduct market, competitor, and customer research to identify trends and opportunities
Build and maintain detailed buyer and user personas, tracking behavior and decision-making processes
Collaborate with sales and account teams to develop enablement tools, talk tracks, and playbooks
Support the creation of thought leadership content to elevate brand authority
Track key performance indicators for product marketing initiatives and optimize based on results
Requirements
7+ years of B2B product marketing experience, ideally in healthcare technology or SaaS
Proven track record of executing product marketing strategies that drive measurable results
Strong grasp of content strategy, ABM, multichannel campaigns, and buyer journey mapping
Familiarity with tools such as Salesforce, Marketing Cloud, Google Analytics, WordPress, Figma, and Pendo
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field
Excellent communication and project management skills with the ability to simplify complex topics
Analytical mindset and a proactive, self-starter attitude with strong organizational skills
