As the Director of Product, you will play a pivotal role in shaping that future.You will lead the product strategy and execution for our newest product offeringâdriving strategy, innovation, and delivery across a suite of patient engagement tools that serve some of the largest health systems in the country. This is a rare opportunity to build and scale a new, category-defining product suite that radically simplifies how people engage, access, and manage their healthcare journeys.In this role, youâll oversee a high-performing team, work closely with engineering, design, customer success, and executive leadership, and represent the voice of the customer throughout the product lifecycle. You look outside your day to day to ensure you keep learning and growingPay TransparencyCertain states and localities require employers to post a reasonable estimate of salary range. A reasonable estimate of the current base salary range for this position is $160,000 - $175,000. Actual salary will be based on a variety of factors, including location, experience, skill set, performance, licensure and certification, and business needs. The range for this position in other geographic locations may differ. In addition, certain roles also have the opportunity to earn sales incentives based on revenue or utilization, depending on the terms of the plan and the employee's role.
