Director, Physician & Clinician Workforce Services

Ludi is seeking a Director of Physician & Clinician Workforce Services to serve as a trusted advisor to healthcare clients on physician compensation programs and pay administration. This is a hands-on, client-facing role for a seasoned professional with deep operational knowledge of how healthcare organizations manage physician and clinician compensation.Key Responsibilities
Lead client onboarding and discovery to assess compensation models and administrative workflows.
Provide expert advisory services on physician compensation administration and governance.
Develop customized service deliverables, including reference materials and client documentation.
Collaborate cross-functionally with implementation, client services, and data analytics teams.
Support clients with market data, reporting, and workforce management insights.
Contribute to internal knowledge-sharing and thought leadership initiatives.
Qualifications
Master’s degree preferred; bachelor’s degree required. Clinical, healthcare administration, business, or related field strongly preferred.
Substantial, practical experience in physician compensation administration within healthcare organizations.
Strong knowledge of healthcare finance, compensation governance, and compliance.
Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate complex data into clear, actionable guidance.
Proven ability to manage diverse client relationships and adapt recommendations to varied organizational contexts.
Remote position but must be located within the US.
