Director of UX Design & Research

Twilio is looking for an experienced and passionate Director of UX Design & Research to join our growing team. We’re looking for a leader that can help define and shape our product design strategy, while driving the development of best-in-class user experiences.The ideal candidate is a creative problem solver, experienced in UX design, research, and product development. You should have a proven track record of creating great digital experiences, and be comfortable working with cross-functional teams to bring your designs to life.You must possess excellent communication skills and have a collaborative approach to working with product management, engineering, and marketing. The ability to provide leadership and direction to the UX team, including mentoring and coaching UX designers is essential.We value an eye for detail and a passion for creating great user experiences.
