Role Description

This is a contract, remote role for a Director of Technology within the BioTech sector. The Director of Technology will oversee technology strategies and lead projects designed to support and advance CytoCync’s services.

Responsibilities include managing IT systems, developing innovative technological solutions, leading teams, and creating scalable IT strategies in alignment with the company's goals. Additionally, the Director will work directly with clients to ensure seamless software implementation, compliance with healthcare regulations, and risk mitigation in software changes.

Qualifications
• Strong background in Information Technology with expertise in creating and maintaining secure, compliant IT environments
• Proven experience in Program Management and Project Management to oversee and execute technology initiatives effectively
• Proficiency in IT Strategy development to align technology solutions with business goals
• Demonstrated skills in Team Leadership, fostering collaboration, and mentoring technical teams
• Experience with compliance and data privacy regulations such as HIPAA
• Excellent communication skills to collaborate effectively with diverse teams and clients
• Familiarity with modern technology stacks and regulated environments in biotech or healthcare industries is a plus
• Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or relevant technical field is preferable
