Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Director of Summer Programs to join our team at Lavner Education, a leading EdTech company that provides innovative educational opportunities for kids worldwide. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for planning, executing, and overseeing our summer programs across multiple locations in the US.

Job Responsibilities:

Develop and execute program plans, including recruiting, training, and managing seasonal staff
Oversee daily operations, scheduling, and staff management across multiple summer camp locations
Ensure program standards are met and maintained, and provide support to site directors and staff
Utilize ATS, Google Suite, and other tools to manage candidate pipelines and program operations
Collaborate with the leadership team to drive business growth and improve program quality

Requirements:

Minimum 5+ years of professional experience in summer camp management, auxiliary programs, or a related field
Bachelor's Degree or higher
Passion for working in EdTech and sharing new ideas
Strong leadership and problem-solving skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Inclusive, professional, and positive attitude
