If you get excited by the thought of working really hard on these kinds of problems, then EliseAI is the right place for you.About The RoleAs the Director of Strategy & Planning, you will lead a high-impact team responsible for defining and executing strategic initiatives that drive company growth and operational excellence. Reporting to the SVP of Strategy, you will partner with executive leadership to shape the strategic roadmap of the company, lead market expansion efforts, and oversee strategic client initiatives. This is a highly cross-functional role that requires strong business judgment, client engagement, leadership experience, and a bias for action.Key ResponsibilitiesStrategic Initiatives Development and Execution:Drive the identification, development, and execution of high-impact strategic initiatives aligned with company prioritiesLead cross-functional workstreams from strategy through execution, ensuring accountability, velocity, and measurable outcomesProvide strategic thought partnership to the SVP of Strategy and executive team, shaping company priorities and long-term directionManage and a team of strategy managers and associates, fostering a culture of excellence and accountabilityAI Transformation Strategy:Partner directly with senior client executives to develop AI-driven transformation strategies for their operationsDeliver tailored recommendations grounded in client data and business objectivesWork closely with client teams to operationalize changeNew Market and Product Expansion:Own strategy for new market entries and product launches, including market analysis, go-to-market strategy, and cross-functional executionServe as the strategic lead across Product, Engineering, and GTM to ensure alignment and drive successful launch outcomesMonitor evolving market trends, customer needs, and competitive dynamics to inform strategic pivots and opportunitiesRequirementsExperience in both management consulting and high growth startup environments required. 9-10 years of experience in strategy consulting and business operations or transformationProven leadership experience, with a strong ability to manage and develop teamsExecutive presence and excellent communication skills; able to influence stakeholders across all levelsWillingness to work in person at our office 4-5 days a weekWhy JoinGrowth and impact. EliseAI offers a competitive total rewards package which includes base salary, equity, and a comprehensive benefits & perks package. Exact compensation is determined based on a number of factors including experience, skill level, location and qualifications which are assessed during the interview process.
