Key Responsibilities


Sales Management: Direct and oversee the entire sales process, targeting customers in line with the company's strategic objectives. You will be responsible for initiating customer interactions, guiding final sales, and ensuring successful follow-up.
Business Relationships: Establish and maintain strong relationships with partners and customers in the Unmanned Systems market. You will identify and explore new segments and opportunities that leverage the company's core MIMO solutions.
Event Support: Participate in trade shows, conferences, experiments, and customer events as needed to support sales development and stay visible in the industry.
Market Awareness: Stay updated on the latest trends, changes, and competitor actions in the market. You will be expected to set and meet annual targets for new business, driving growth in the Unmanned systems market.
Pipeline Management: Contribute to building a robust pipeline of business opportunities. Regularly update the CRM database with forecasts of opportunities to inform key business decisions.
Product Knowledge: Develop and maintain a deep understanding of the company's MIMO solutions. This knowledge will enable you to effectively communicate the value and benefits of the products to customers and prospects.
Customer Service: Foster a customer-centric approach in all dealings. Address customer concerns or complaints promptly and use feedback to inform improvements.


This role may require travel 1-2 weeks per month, ensuring that you stay connected with customers, partners, and the industry.

Essential Qualifications


Bachelor's Degree: A degree from an accredited university or college in a relevant field. Alternatively, a High School Diploma/GED with at least 6 years of relevant experience will be considered.
Business Development and Sales Experience: A minimum of 4 years of demonstrated business development and sales experience in a technical field, with a proven track record of success.
MANET and/or Radio Solutions Experience: Experience in sales of MANET and/or radio solutions is highly desirable.
SECRET Level Clearance: You must have a SECRET level clearance or the ability to obtain it within 12 months of the start date. Employment is contingent upon the successful clearance of a background check.
U.S. Citizenship: Due to clients under U.S. government contracts, you must be a U.S. Citizen.
