We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Director of Sales to lead our sales efforts and drive revenue growth. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in technology sales, with proven leadership skills and a deep understanding of customer service. Responsibilities
• Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve company goals and objectives.
• Lead, mentor, and manage the sales team to ensure high performance and professional growth.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients through exceptional customer service and account management.
• Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and trends within the technology sector.
• Utilize Salesforce for tracking sales activities, managing customer relationships, and reporting on performance metrics.
• Negotiate contracts and close agreements to maximize profits while ensuring customer satisfaction.
• Collaborate with marketing teams to align sales strategies with promotional campaigns.
• Monitor competitor activities and adjust strategies accordingly to maintain a competitive edge.

Requirements
• Proven experience in a sales leadership role, preferably within technology or technical sales.
• Strong negotiation skills with a track record of successful deal closures.
• Excellent customer service orientation with the ability to build rapport with clients.
• Proficient in Salesforce or similar CRM software for account management and reporting purposes.
• Exceptional leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.

Responsabilidades

Requisitos
• Experiencia comprobada en un rol de liderazgo en ventas, preferiblemente en tecnología o ventas técnicas.
• Excelentes habilidades de negociación con un historial de cierres de tratos exitosos.
• Orientación al servicio al cliente con la capacidad de desarrollar una buena relación con los clientes.
• Proficiencia en Salesforce o software similar de CRM para la gestión de cuentas y reportes.
• Habilidades excepcionales de liderazgo con la capacidad de motivar e inspirar a un equipo.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $50,000.00 - $58,000.00 per year

Schedule:
• 10 hour shift
• Monday to Friday
• Weekends as needed
