Director of Retention Marketing
The Director of Retention Marketing will be responsible for developing and executing strategies designed to enhance customer loyalty and drive retention through effective marketing initiatives.
Responsibilities

ā¢ Analyze customer data and insights to identify opportunities for personalized marketing efforts.

ā¢ Monitor performance metrics and KPIs to evaluate the effectiveness of retention strategies.
ā¢ Manage and lead a team of retention marketing specialists, providing guidance and support.
Requirements
ā¢ 5+ years of experience in retention marketing or related field, with demonstrated experience in campaign management.
ā¢ Strong analytical skills with the ability to derive actionable insights from customer data.
ā¢ Experience with marketing automation and CRM tools.
ā¢ Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
ā¢ Proven ability to lead a team and manage projects effectively.
