Director of Retail Banking Operations
We are looking for a Director of Retail Banking Operations to join WisdomTree Prime. You will report directly to the Head of Operations, collaborating with cross-functional teams to optimize operational efficiency, enhance customer experiences, and scale our banking services.
Success in this role would be achieved by:
Oversee money movement, debit card and retail payments operations in U.S.
Oversee key related vendors and partners related to the above services
Monitor WisdomTree Prime customer activity
Collaborate with Product team on the product roadmap, ensuring that new product features take into account operational considerations
Collaborate with Customer Service, Compliance, Risk and Finance teams to ensure smooth back-end operations
Design and implement fraud mitigation strategies in collaboration with other functions
Contribute to leadership and culture of the business unit and build engagement across the broader firm
Experience and required skill set:
7-10 years of experience in retail financial services, payments, or fintech operations.
Experience with money movement solutions (ACH, debit card programs, international transfers) and related vendor management.
Proven ability to collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Technology, Compliance, Risk and Finance teams.
Strong problem-solving skills with a focus on enhancing customer experience while managing operational risks.
Excellent communication and project management skills.
Familiarity with regulatory considerations in retail payments and money movement.
A self-starter comfortable working in a dynamic, fast-paced environment with evolving priorities.
$150,000 - $175,000 a year
The base salary range for this position is $150,000 $175,000. In addition, employees are eligible for an annual discretionary bonus and competitive benefits package. Total compensation may vary based on factors such as location, role, company, department, experience and individual performance.
