What You Should Bring: ✔ 3-5 years of hospital experience with regulatory know-how (Joint Commission, NYSDOH, OMH). ✔ Familiarity with quality metrics like NHQM, QCentrix, and eCQMs. ✔ RN/PA with a New York State license and an MSN preferred (but not required). ✔ Stellar communication, data analysis, and leadership skills.
