About the Team/Role
The Customer & Enterprise Experience organization is building WEX’s AI-native revenue flywheel — reimagining how customers and internal teams engage across the entire lifecycle journey. Our mission is to architect a unified, intelligent ecosystem that modernizes customer experiences, automates enterprise workflows, and accelerates revenue growth through AI-powered transformation.
