Director of Product Management

OUR WORK MODEL Hybrid: This is a hybrid role, requiring you to work from our London office 3 days per week, with flexibility to work remotely on other days. YOUR ROLE As our Director of Product Management, you will lead and scale a high-performing product management team, owning the strategy, roadmap, and execution of our flagship Sales Companion product. Partnering closely with Engineering, Design, and GTM leaders, you’ll ensure Sales Companion delivers measurable value to customers and drive Cognism’s continued growth. In this pivotal role, you will balance visionary thinking with execution excellence, ensuring our product strategy scales with the business as we move beyond $100M ARR. YOUR CHALLENGES & OPPORTUNITIES Define Product Strategy – Shape and execute a product vision and roadmap aligned to Cognism’s mission, customer needs, and market opportunities. Scale the Product Function – Build, mentor, and lead a team of product managers, establishing world-class practices that enable rapid growth. Drive Customer-Centric Innovation – Partner with customers to uncover pain points, turning insights into products that deliver clear business outcomes. Balance Vision & Delivery – Ensure product initiatives are both ambitious and achievable, fostering a culture of delivering value quickly while investing in long-term innovation. Enable GTM Success – Collaborate with Marketing, Sales, and CS o launch products effectively and empower teams with the rightpositioning and messaging. Own Metrics & Impact – Establish clear success measures (adoption, retention, revenue impact) and hold your team accountable for delivering measurable business outcomes. OUR EXPECTATIONS Proven Product Leadership – 8+ years of experience in product management, including 3+ years building and leading product teams at Director or equivalent level. B2B SaaS Expertise – Strong track record of leading products in a fast-scaling SaaS environment, ideally at $50M–$200M ARR stage. Customer-Obsessed Mindset – Ability to translate customer insights into innovative product solutions that create tangible business impact. Strategic & Operational Balance – Capable of setting long-term product vision while driving short-term execution excellence. Cross-Functional Influence – Exceptional stakeholder management skills, with the ability to align executives, Engineering, Design, and GTM teams behind a shared roadmap. Data-Driven Approach – Skilled at leveraging data, metrics, and experimentation to guide product decisions. Strong Communicator – Able to clearly articulate product strategy, decisions, and impact to both internal and external audiences. OUR TECH STACK While not a hands-on technical role, familiarity with common SaaSproduct development tools and environments is advantageous: Product Tools – Jira, Figma, V.0, Confluence. Analytics & Data – MixPanel and QuickSight. Collaboration – Slack. Engineering Environment – Familiarity with modern cloud/SaaS architectures (AWS, APIs, integrations).
