Experience & Qualifications • 3+ years of experience in People & Culture, Learning & Development, or related fields. • Strong understanding of leadership, culture-building, and performance improvement. • Strategic mindset with a focus on efficiency, growth, and outcomes. • Commitment to personal development and leadership excellence. • Experience or interest in mentoring, coaching, or digital engagement is a plus. Key Responsibilities • Participate in weekly leadership and training sessions via video conferencing. • Develop and implement strategies to attract, mentor, and retain top talent. • Learn and apply proven marketing and communication strategies (training provided). • Conduct professional interviews and on-boarding conversations with new partners. • Facilitate Q&A sessions, follow-ups, and mentorship. • Apply our People & Culture frameworks to support individual and community growth.
