The ideal candidate has extensive experience in our industry and will be a strategic leader with a proven track record of driving operational excellence and maximizing organizational efficiency. This position would report directly to the COO. Roles & Responsibilities: Partner with the COO, CEO, and Construction Management leadership to execute the company’s strategic vision and operational objectives. Oversee financial management for construction operations, including budgeting, forecasting, cost control, and profitability tracking. Build and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring satisfaction, trust, and long-term partnerships. Contribute to business development efforts by supporting proposal preparation, presentations, and client negotiations. Develop and implement operational strategies that improve efficiency, streamline processes, and support organizational growth. Drive cross-functional collaboration to ensure seamless coordination across departments and alignment with company goals. Assess and mitigate risks related to construction operations, contracts, and compliance with industry regulations. Provide leadership and mentorship to teams, fostering accountability, professional growth, and operational excellence. Support organizational change initiatives and guide teams through transitions to maintain alignment with evolving business needs. Minimum Requirements: Experience in the Construction Management industry is required; New York City and/or public agency project experience is strongly preferred. Proven leadership experience in managing teams, operations, and budget/finances. Demonstrated background in business development, including proposals, client relations, and contract negotiations. Strong operational expertise with the ability to streamline processes, improve efficiency, and manage risk. Strategic thinker able to translate organizational goals into actionable plans. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for engaging with clients, executives, and cross-functional teams. Education: Bachelor's degree in Business or a related field, OR Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Engineering, or Construction Management.
