Beacon Mobility Corp.Job Description:Manage preparation, submission, and tracking of business documents, presentations, and data analysis.Plan, schedule, and coordinate meetings with internal and external audiences.Coordinate with internal team members to compile information and assist on various projects.Engage, provide direction, and oversee work collaborating with internal teams, third party vendors, and external resources on various projects.Assist in driving initiatives with limited resources demonstrating a ā€œroll-up your sleevesā€ attitude to achieve desired results.Complete other tasks as directed by the COO.Education, Experience, and Skills Required: Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent experience) in a Business Administration, Economics, Finance or related field. 5+ years experience in a corporate environment creating presentations, compiling and analyzing data, and collaborating with resources at all levels of the organization. Knowledge and experience of transportation operations desired. Intermediate computer skills with proficiency in Microsoft (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, etc.), DocuSign, Sharepoint Exceptional communication skills both verbal and written. Should be able to adapt communication style to suit different audiences. Passionate about the purpose of Beacon Mobility and a desire to make a difference. High level of emotional intelligence and the ability to connect with multiple diverse groups of employees. Unquestionable personal integrity, fairness, and credibility necessary to gain the trust and commitment of individuals at all levels of the organization.
