Job Description: • Oversee marketing strategy for the CNCF, guiding annual planning, SOW development, and campaign execution grounded in clear performance metrics. • Partner with senior leadership to ensure strategic cohesion across programs, campaigns, and content pipelines. • Build cross-functional alignment through evidence-based decision-making and performance insights. • Drive a culture of accountability through measurable outcomes, using analytics to inform strategic investments, priorities, and resourcing. • Integrate data and AI-driven insights into every stage of campaign design—from audience segmentation and messaging to channel optimization and post-campaign analysis. • Collaborate with project leads and committees to identify opportunities for growth, retention, and impact. • Lead a modern content strategy optimized for both human and generative AI audiences—ensuring visibility, accuracy, and discoverability in AI-driven search and synthesis tools. • Oversee development of high-impact content that meets editorial-quality standards while serving SEO, performance marketing, and brand objectives. • Direct event promotion strategy to achieve measurable results in engagement, and brand awareness.
