Director of Marketing
Job Summary:
The Director of Marketing is responsible for leading and managing the overall marketing strategy, initiatives, and team to achieve the company's business objectives. They will create and execute a comprehensive marketing plan that includes product marketing, digital marketing, brand development, and public relations. The Director of Marketing will work closely with other teams such as sales, product development, and customer success to drive revenue growth and increase brand awareness.

Develop and implement a comprehensive marketing plan that aligns with the company's goals and objectivesBuild and manage a team of marketing professionals to execute the marketing planConduct market research to identify customer needs and preferences, and use that information to shape marketing initiativesDevelop and implement strategies for customer acquisition and retentionOversee the development and execution of advertising and promotional campaigns across various channelsDevelop and manage the marketing budget, ensuring that resources are allocated effectivelyCollaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure brand consistency across all channels and touchpointsDevelop and execute a content strategy that supports the marketing plan and engages customersMonitor and analyze marketing performance data to measure success and make data-driven decisionsMaintain knowledge of industry trends and competition to inform marketing strategies
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in marketing, business administration, or related field; MBA preferredMinimum of 5 years of experience in marketing, with at least 2 years in a leadership roleExperience developing and executing successful marketing campaigns across various channelsProven ability to lead and manage a team of marketing professionalsStrong understanding of market research, customer segmentation, and marketing analyticsExcellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teamsExperience in B2B marketing is a plusProficient in marketing automation, CRM, and analytics toolsAbility to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environmentWorking Conditions: Remote with highspeed internet
