Seneca Foods in Fairport, NY is currently seeking the Director of Frozen Marketing to join our team. Seneca Foods offers an excellent benefit package including medical, dental, vision, life insurance, 401(k), paid time off and much more! Help us make our Farm Fresh Goodness Great!

The Director of Frozen Marketing is responsible for developing and leading Marketing efforts for Seneca branded and store brand Frozen Foods. They will assist sales teams and help them to maximize sales opportunities. This includes building solid relationships with the sales teams, building and maintaining relationships with external resources, and developing promotions when needed.

This position will also assist in brand management and customer specific Marketing events as assigned. This position is remote.

Responsibilities:


Work with sales teams to develop sales materials as needed, including, but not limited to presentations, sell sheets, syndicated data, etc.
Build and maintain relationships with agencies and outside vendors.
Maintain sales materials cross-functionally as it relates to the products and the company.
Develop and maintain brands as it applies to areas of responsibility.
Stay informed on competition and current industry trends.
Plan, attend and participate in various trade shows.
Maintain syndicated data reports, analysis, and continuing education.
Other duties as assigned.


Qualifications:


Must be available and willing to travel as needed.
Strong computer skills are required with an emphasis on web development and maintenance as needed.
Strong presentation, organizational and communication skills.
Experience and/or knowledge of the food industry.
Bachelor’s Degree in related field or 5 years of industry experience.
Ability to work with all levels of the organization.
Marketing skills are critical to the relational foundations required.
Ability to develop and execute overall duties ensuring goals are met.



Wage range based on skills, abilities, and experience from $100k - $120k annual salary
