Position Overview – Director, Data Analytics (Remote)
careerzynith is seeking a visionary Director of Data Analytics to lead our remote Data Entry and Virtual Assistant initiatives. This senior role sits within the Store Automation and Development team and reports directly to the Senior Vice President, Store Development and Automation. The ideal candidate will design, implement, and govern a robust framework of key performance indicators (KPIs) that measure the impact of our strategic initiatives, while championing data quality, governance, and storytelling across the organization.
Key Responsibilities
Data Governance & Architecture: Define and maintain a comprehensive data source inventory, including business domain definitions, data classifications, storage locations, and data quality standards.
Strategic Insight Generation: Analyze complex business problems, challenge assumptions, and uncover root‑cause drivers to inform strategic decision‑making.
Business Case Evaluation: Review and assess project proposals, translate business requirements into technical specifications, and align teams with the broader business strategy.
Visualization & Storytelling: Design and deliver compelling dashboards and visual narratives using tools such as Looker, ensuring insights are accessible to both technical and non‑technical stakeholders.
