As we continue to grow, we are seeking a Director of Corporate Sales to lead our corporate sales division, develop key relationships, and drive revenue through strategic partnerships and B2B initiatives.

Position Overview:

The Director of Corporate Sales will be responsible for overseeing and growing our corporate sales operations, targeting businesses, teams, and organizations across the Northeast. This role requires a dynamic leader with a deep understanding of B2B sales, corporate partnerships, and the sports or apparel industry. The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker with the ability to build and nurture client relationships while leading a high-performing sales team.

Key Responsibilities
β€’ Strategic Leadership: Develop and implement a comprehensive corporate sales strategy to expand brand presence in the Northeast, targeting key corporate clients, teams, and organizations.
β€’ Business Development: Identify and engage potential corporate partners, driving new business opportunities in alignment with overall brand goals.
β€’ Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key corporate clients, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction and long-term partnerships.
β€’ Sales Team Management: Lead, train, and motivate a team of corporate sales representatives, setting clear objectives and KPIs, and driving high performance across the team.
β€’ Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing, product, and customer service teams to align corporate sales efforts with overall brand initiatives.
β€’ Sales Goals & Reporting: Set and manage sales targets and budgets, regularly analyzing performance and providing reports to senior leadership on progress, challenges, and opportunities.
β€’ Market Expansion: Develop strategies to expand into new markets, identify trends, and create tailored solutions for clients in the sports, athletic, and lifestyle sectors.
β€’ Event and Trade Show Representation: Attend industry events, trade shows, and meetings to represent the brand and secure new corporate partnerships.
β€’ Contract Negotiation: Lead contract negotiations with corporate clients, ensuring favorable terms while maintaining strong business relationships.

Qualification:
β€’ 5+ years in corporate/B2B sales, with at least 3 years in a leadership role, preferably in the sports, athletic, or apparel industry.
