Job Description: As a Director of Construction Growth, you will be the face of our company, building relationships and closing deals with potential clients and partners. This role requires a self-starter with exceptional communication skills and a passion for travel. You will spend a significant amount of time on the road, meeting clients and attending industry events to expand our market presence.

Duties and Responsibilities:

Lead Generation: Identify and pursue new business opportunities through networking, cold calling, and attending industry events.
Relationship Building: Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and key stakeholders to foster long-term business growth.
Sales Strategy: Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to develop and implement effective business development strategies.
Market Research: Conduct market analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and competitor activities in targeted regions.
Estimating Support: Assist with developing project estimates and pricing strategies as needed, including coordinating with internal teams and local subcontractors to gather cost data and scope input
Negotiation: Prepare and deliver compelling proposals, negotiate contracts, and close deals to achieve sales targets.
Reporting: Track and report on sales metrics, providing insights to the management team on progress and challenges.
Travel: Commit to frequent travel (up to 100% of the time as needed) to meet clients and represent the company at industry events.
Perform other position-related duties as assigned, depending on assignment setting.
