Director of Client Management

Overview: Cordoba Corporation is a leading engineering and design firm based in California. We are seeking a Director of Client Management to join our Facilities Sector. Responsibilities: Must possess demonstrated application of comprehensive Project Management processes and principles Must be able to proactively assess overall project risks related to scope, schedule and cost impacts and present risk mitigation or resolution options Must have strong reasoning ability and analytical skills to examine complex problems and propose innovative solutions Must be able to effectively communicate technical issues/concepts to multiple levels of leadership and stakeholders Possesses and demonstrates strong leadership and strategic planning skills and management practices Ability to provide guidance and mentoring support to other Project Management team members Utility planning experience preferred. PMP preferred Occasional fielding required Qualifications: Experience : Minimum of 3-5 years directly related work experience managing technical and/or civil construction projects. Qualifications : Project Management knowledge required. Must possess the ability to review complex problems and propose innovative solutions. Must be able to build solid business cases/project justifications. Education : B.S. in Engineering, Business Management, or equivalent field; equivalent experience with customer approval Salary Range: $150,000-$200,400 Our Company: Cordoba Corporation is a nationally recognized civil engineering, construction management, program management, and planning firm.
