• Lead medical content development (scientific platforms, slide decks, publications)
• Oversee medical input into regulatory interactions and filings
• Develop Medical Affairs infrastructure appropriate for a growing biotech
• Partner closely with Clinical, Regulatory, and Commercial planning functions

What We’re Looking For
• MD, PhD, or MD/PhD in a relevant life sciences or medical discipline
• Significant Medical Affairs experience within small or emerging biotech companies
• Strong background in clinical‑stage assets (early to mid‑phase)
• Proven ability to operate strategically and hands‑on
• Experience engaging KOLs and supporting investigator‑led research
• Comfortable building processes in a resource‑lean environment
• U.S. work authorisation required

Why Join?
• Opportunity to build Medical Affairs from the ground up
• High‑impact role with visibility at the executive level
• Agile biotech with strong scientific ambition
• Flexible working model (Dallas‑based or remote within the U.S.)
• Direct contribution to programs with meaningful patient impact
