Β Manage the day-to-day execution of live deals across High Yield Bonds and Term Loans.

Β Review and structure documentation for transactions.

Β Drive materials for internal approval committees and syndication purposes.

Requirements
Β 5-7 years of investment banking experience, preferably in leveraged finance.

Β Degree educated, preferably with an MBA or equivalent.

Β Knowledgeable in financial markets, credit analysis, financial modeling, and accounting principles.

Β Extensive experience with leveraged finance credit documentation.

Β Proficient with Microsoft Office.

Β Strong verbal and written communication skills with advanced negotiation abilities.
