Director (Home-Based Crisis Intervention)
Location: Cortland, NY
Job Type: Full-Time (On Site)
Shift: Monday - Friday (Day Shift, No Weekends or On-Call)

Job Summary:
The HBCI Director will lead and oversee a Home-Based Crisis Intervention program serving youth ages 5-20, providing clinical and operational leadership to ensure high-quality, strength-based crisis services and positive family outcomes.
Roles and Responsibilities:
⢠Provide direct supervision, coaching, and professional development to HBCI social workers and staff
⢠Offer clinical direction on individual cases to ensure best practices and optimal outcomes
⢠Conduct regular one-on-one supervision and facilitate weekly team meetings
⢠Oversee daily program operations to ensure efficiency and effectiveness
⢠Ensure compliance with all contractual, regulatory, and documentation standards
⢠Monitor program performance and implement quality improvement initiatives
⢠Support delivery of evidence-based, trauma-informed, and family-centered interventions
⢠Coordinate referrals for longer-term services as needed
Requirements, Education, and Licensure:
⢠Master's degree in Social Work or related mental health field required
⢠Active New York State license required: LMSW, LCSW, LMHC, LMFT, LCAT, or equivalent
⢠Minimum 2+ years of supervisory experience required
⢠Strong knowledge of evidence-based practices, trauma-informed care, cultural humility, and person-centered approaches
⢠Valid driver's license and ability to maintain insurability
