Ā We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Director, Financial Revenue Operations to join our rapidly growing organization.
Ā You will be the Financial and Reporting partner to measure and quantify commercial performance.
Ā Reporting directly to the VP, Finance, this position has high visibility within Bluesight.
Ā The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker, detail-oriented, have strong influencing and communication skills, and successfully lead in ambiguous situations, and thrive in a fast-paced, SaaS environment.
Ā You will also collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with overall business objectives.
Requirements:
10+ years of relevant, corporate FP&A or Revenue Operations analytics experience in a high-growth SaaS / software organization.
Ā Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Accounting or Finance (MBA a plus).
Ā Ability to work cross-functionally throughout an organization, including a track record of collaboration with senior-level executives and sellers.

Ā Extensive financial modeling & systems experience
Ā Strong analytical capabilities, able to develop new frameworks and model potential outcomes
Ā Comfortable in a dynamic, fast-paced, global environment and ability to guide team in ambiguous situations
Ā Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities while maintaining high standards of accuracy
Ā Proficient with key financial analysis metrics

The actual wage offered may be lower or higher depending on candidate experience, knowledge, skills, qualifications, and premium geographic location.
Ā The pay for this position includes eligibility for an annual discretionary bonus in addition to base salary.
