Director Finance, Cloud Operations

As the Director of Finance for our Cloud Operations division, you will play a crucial role in driving financial strategy and optimizing our cloud operations to support our company's growth. We are looking for someone who is passionate about finance, has strong leadership skills, and is ready to take on a challenging and rewarding role at Yahoo! Develop and implement financial strategies for the Cloud Operations division in line with the overall company goals and objectives. Oversee and manage all financial operations and processes within the Cloud Operations division. Monitor and analyze financial performance, providing insights and recommendations to improve efficiency and profitability. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align financial goals with operational strategies. Lead and mentor a team of finance professionals, providing guidance and support in their day-to-day activities. Ensure compliance with all financial regulations and laws. Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including senior leadership and external partners. Identify and mitigate financial risks within the Cloud Operations division. Evaluate and improve existing financial processes and systems to drive efficiency and accuracy. Prepare and present financial reports and forecasts to senior leadership, highlighting key insights and recommendations. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments in cloud operations and finance, and apply this knowledge to drive innovation and growth within the division. Collaborate with the HR team to develop and implement compensation and benefits strategies for the Cloud Operations division. Continuously monitor and manage the division's budget, ensuring financial targets are met and resources are allocated effectively. Drive a culture of continuous improvement and accountability within the finance team and across the division.
