šØ Hiring: Director / Sr. Director ā Digital Sales (Hunter)
š Remote (US) | West Coast or Midwest Preferred
āļø Up to 25% Travel
Base Salary: $180,000/year + Commission
We are seeking an experienced Digital Sales leader with a proven track record of winning new business and closing large enterprise deals within IT Services and Digital Transformation.
Key Responsibilities:
ā Drive new logo acquisition and enterprise account growth
ā Sell Digital Engineering, AI/ML, Cloud, Data, and Application Modernization services
ā Build relationships with CXOs, CTOs, and senior technology leaders
ā Lead the full sales cycle from prospecting through contract negotiation and close
ā Partner with solution architects and delivery teams to develop winning proposals
ā Manage pipeline, forecasting, and strategic account planning
Required Experience:
ā 15+ years of IT Services / Technology Services sales experience
ā Proven success closing enterprise deals ($1M+ engagements preferred)
ā Strong understanding of AI, Cloud (AWS/Azure/GCP), Digital Engineering, and Data solutions
ā Experience selling consulting, managed services, project-based delivery, or staff augmentation solutions
ā Established executive-level relationships within industries such as Financial Services, FinTech, Insurance, Retail, Manufacturing, Logistics, Media, or Technology
