Key Responsibilities:
Own and drive all data science initiatives within the Portfolio Strategy & Insights team
Develop and implement advanced methodologies to analyze consumer and shopper behavior
Predict future consumer trends and identify consumer segments
Lead key initiatives within North America Marketing, working closely with best-in-class partners
Guide the team in analyzing, visualizing, and interpreting complex data sets
Stay updated with the latest industry trends, techniques, and methods within the field of Data Science
Evangelize data literacy and foster continuous learning and improvement culture within NAOU PSHI and Marketing teams
Qualifications:
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Statistics, Economics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or related discipline
7-10 years of work experience in a data-centric business environment
Proven track record of delivering data-driven insights and solutions that drive business outcomes
Expertise in AI/ML techniques, tools, and building frameworks
Expertise in data analysis, modeling, visualization, and reporting tools and techniques
Knowledge of cloud-based data platforms, tools, and service (e.g. Azure, AWS, Databricks, Snowflake, etc)
Comfort working with large sets of data to address identified and sometimes undiscovered business needs
Good communications skills to explain complex analytical solutions in a simplified way
