WellNest offers opportunities for engagement, team collaboration, and supporting others in maintaining their wellbeing. **Job Description** As a Director - Customer Engagement, you will be responsible for: * Driving revenue growth in our Services * Upsell and cross-sell to drive increased revenue in our existing accounts * Understand and effectively communicate the company's value proposition & differentiated services and solutions * Be responsible for sales accountability and sales relationships with customers * Develop sales strategy & plans to achieve their targets * Generate and maintain accurate account and opportunity plans * Ability to identify and solve client issues strategically * With customers, be able to navigate their complex organizations, hone-in on key decision makers and be able to interact with both senior & mid-management levels * Should be able to work with matrixed & different time-zone organizations (pre-sales, marketing, and delivery), to come up with sales proposals, sales campaigns, sales tools/assets * Nurture client relationships and build long-term trust & value * Track delivery on projects, highlight and mitigate risks in overall delivery and engagements **Qualifications** To be successful in this role, you will need: * Minimum 12+ years selling/closing deals in top consulting/IT services firms * Must have experience in growing existing services business which includes Consulting, Implementation, Integration, Analytics, GenAI, Application Development and Managed Services * Must understand the business problems the above-mentioned software solves for CPO, CLO, CIO and CFO and the associated business processes end to end * Must be able to articulate how integration and data can help to optimize business processes impacted by the above-mentioned software and the key KPIs/outcomes for the persona mentioned above * Minimum bachelor’s degree * Should have a strong background of meeting/exceeding sales quotas * Experience working within a large, matrixed company environment * Experience with C-Level client relationship building and relationship management * Proven ability to operate within a team-oriented environment * Demonstrated leadership, teamwork, and collaboration in a professional setting * High energy level, decisiveness, and ability to work well in demanding client environments * Excellent communication (written and oral) and interpersonal skills * Strong leadership, problem solving, and decision-making abilities **Additional Information** * Pay Scale: The wage range for this role takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; and other business and organizational needs. * Benefits and perks: + Comprehensive healthcare benefits including medical, dental, and vision plans + Flexible saving accounts and health savings accounts + 401(k) to help you save for retirement + Short and long-term disability and life insurance benefits to prepare for the unexpected + An employee assistance program + Employees are eligible to accrue 10 hours of Paid Time Off (PTO) per month, totaling 120 hours (equivalent to 15 workdays) per year of continuous service + The company observes 10 fixed paid holidays annually + In addition, employees are entitled to a paid PTO week during the 4th of July, and 2 floating holidays per year, to be used in accordance with the company’s policy + Sick leave will be provided in line with company policy and applicable state and county regulations + 5 Days for Humanity – 5 paid volunteer days annually + Career development opportunities + A fast-paced and welcoming culture that will value your ideas and contribution from day one + Flexible work hours that promote a healthy work/life balance **Apply Now** If you are a talented, hard-working, and fun-loving person looking to grow, then arenaflex may be a great fit for your next professional adventure.
